Since 2018, Josh Mahlan has faithfully served as an elder at Plainfield Christ Fellowship, where his leadership extends beyond the boardroom. He’s an integral part of the worship team as a drummer and provides strategic advice to the pastors. Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.

Josh is married to Natalie, and together they are raising their four children. In his personal time, Josh enjoys working on his property, playing sports, stargazing, and beating Pastor Taylor at chess. A strong advocate for cultivating a "culture of honor" at PCF, he takes particular joy in encouraging young men to walk faithfully with God. One of Josh’s heroes is former PCF elder, Harry Green, whose legacy continues to inspire him.

Outside the walls of the church, Josh works full-time at a Fortune 500 company where he applies his leadership skills as an HR executive.
